1. Services Provided
Worksites offers comprehensive web design and development services, including: Custom website design and development Integrated on-site SEO setup Hosting (if applicable) Optional retainer-based support During the initial launch phase, these services are provided free of charge in return for an honest testimonial and feedback after project completion.

2. Retainer (Optional)
After the project is completed, clients may choose to subscribe to an optional monthly retainer (£40–£50/month), which includes: Website hosting Technical maintenance and updates, Continued SEO, Priority support and content changes The retainer is optional but recommended to keep the website secure, up-to-date, and optimised.

3. Ownership
Once the website is delivered and approved: The client receives full ownership rights to the website and its contents The client may host, manage, or transfer the website freely Retainer agreements may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice (if applicable)

4. Attribution & Portfolio Rights
All websites delivered under the free model must: Include a discreet credit link in the website footer (e.g., "Website by Worksites") with a backlink to Worksites Be available for use in the Worksites portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies The credit link may only be removed if the client has previously subscribed to the Worksites monthly retainer for at least one full billing cycle.

5. Content Responsibilities
Worksites provides all required written content and images unless otherwise agreed. The client is not required to supply content unless they prefer to do so. To ensure timely delivery, clients must: Respond to communications and feedback requests promptly Provide domain access or other technical permissions when required

6. Timelines & Revisions
Worksites does not guarantee fixed turnaround times. Project timelines vary depending on scope and client responsiveness. Reasonable revision rounds are included to ensure the client is satisfied with the final product.

7. Limitation of Liability
to the fullest extent permitted by law: Worksites shall not be held liable for any loss of profits, business, income, or data, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services provided this includes, but is not limited to, issues caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, plugins, security breaches, delays, or user errors Clients agree to use the website and services at their own risk In any case, Worksites' total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services (which, under the free model, is £0)

8. Termination
The client may terminate the working relationship at any time If subscribed to a retainer, 30 days’ written notice is required for cancellation Worksites reserves the right to terminate services in the event of unprofessional behaviour, non-cooperation, or breach of these Terms

9. Privacy Policy
By working with Worksites, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, which are in place to ensure clarity and fairness throughout the project. By accepting these terms, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and use any personal information you provide. Both documents are available to review at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms
Worksites may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Active clients will be notified of any significant changes.

11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
